Return/Replacement Policy:

We at Arrowtive strive to provide a hassle-free return and replacement process for our customers. Please carefully review our policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Replacement within 7 Days:

We offer a replacement for products ordered on Arrowtive within 7 days of delivery. For Damaged/Missing Products, the return request must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions:

All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact price tags, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and no reimbursement will be provided.

Self-Ship Returns:

If necessary, we will arrange a pickup through our logistic partner. If pickup is not possible, we request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse. A reimbursement of Rs.150 will be provided towards the self-shipment cost in the form of Arrowtive wallet credit.

Exchange Process:

In case of an exchange, the refund will be credited to your Arrowtive wallet for purchasing the exchange product. Refund/replacement is initiated only after the product is received and undergoes a quality check.

Refund Policy:

Refund is issued only if the replacement of a damaged product is unavailable or if you received a different product from what was ordered. For online paid orders, the refund will be made to the same bank account used for payment. For COD orders, bank account details are required, and the refund is credited within 5-10 working days from the order cancellation date.

Return/Replacement Process:

To initiate a return/replacement:

  1. Log in to your customer account on Arrowtive.
  2. Click on "View All Orders" and select the order you wish to return/replace.
  3. On the order detail page, find the "Return/Replacement" button at the bottom and click.
  4. Enter dispute details and attach relevant images.
  5. Click "Submit Request."
  6. Our team will review and approve/cancel within 2 days.
  7. After approval, you will be notified about pickup/self-ship. Pickup takes 1-4 days, and self-ship must be done within 4 days.
  8. After product receipt, Replacement or Refund is initiated within 1-3 days.

Return/Replacement Not Possible:

  • Outside specified time frame.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Product damaged due to use.
  • Defective products under manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Consumable items installed or used.
  • Tampered products or missing serial numbers.

Return Pickup Schedule:

Pickup requests are sent to our logistic partners upon receiving your request. Pickup occurs within 1-4 days. Three attempts are made, and if unsuccessful, the return/replacement request is considered complete.

Acceptance of Shipments:

Before accepting a shipment, ensure the packaging is undamaged. If damaged, refuse delivery for a refund. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.
